My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and well stocked, available before the check-in time, but the service was lacking as the room was only serviced once in 4 nights despite complaints. The location was convenient for my needs, but being right beside the AC with no airflow control was uncomfortable.

The rooms, although ADA equipped with a spacious bathroom, lacked counter space and were quite dusty. The dining options were varied and abundant, but some vegan dishes were missing. The service was a mix: easy to work with but cleaning services depended on a tag hanging on the door by 10:00 am. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
