Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and well stocked, available before the check-in time, but the service was lacking as the room was only serviced once in 4 nights despite complaints. The location was convenient for my needs, but being right beside the AC with no airflow control was uncomfortable.
The hotel provided great room size for the price, although there were some issues with cleaning consistency. The service was mostly nice but had some rude and unhelpful encounters. The location offered diverse dining options but had some safety concerns. The dining experience had a good variety of dishes with some underwhelming aspects.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient for our travel ball tournament, but the entrance right at the driveway felt unsafe. The rooms, although ADA equipped with a spacious bathroom, lacked counter space and were quite dusty. The dining options were varied and abundant, but some vegan dishes were missing. The service was a mix: easy to work with but cleaning services depended on a tag hanging on the door by 10:00 am. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
